Meditation Classes
Available in flexible 15-minute segments up to a full hour, these classes teach the process of becoming aware of thought, breath, and the present moment. These brief but powerful sessions can be strategically scheduled throughout the workday to provide employees with tools to reset and refocus during high-stress periods.
