Class Offerings - Yoga Classes
Intro to Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
These 30-45 minute classes are designed to increase cardio health and activate fat-burning zones. Sessions include 30-45 second strength and agility-based movements followed by short rests, making them time-efficient yet highly effective.
Cardio Class
Using interval training and group exercise techniques, these classes raise heart rate and body temperature to reach optimal calorie-burning zones. Participants can push their limits, release stress, and boost energy in these high-intensity sessions.
Body Sculpt
A total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group without weights. This class increases heart rate with an easy-to-follow program that complements regular yoga practice by increasing overall strength.
Strength & Toning
Core Class
This focused 30-45 minute class strengthens the muscles of the core, including front, back, transverse, and side body muscles. Participants complete both large and micro movements that build functional strength accessible to all fitness levels.
Floor Barre Burn
A 45-minute workout using repetitive movements, both large and small, to tone the hips, core, back, legs, and arms. This accessible class focuses on developing strength through controlled, precise movements.
Strength & Stress Relief
This class strengthens key areas that support the body's structure for optimal function while incorporating breathing techniques, meditation, and longer-held postures to calm the nervous system and release stress.
Specialized Options
Desk Stretch
Created for those with back pain, recovering from surgery, or who prefer seated positions. This class focuses on spine health, hip mobility, and breathing techniques for maximum stress relief while requiring minimal space and no special equipment.
Personalized Training
