Hi there! I am Adrienne and I am a massage therapist who specializes in car accident injury rehabilitation and working with client’s post-whiplash. After an accident, not only are your muscles and ligaments jostled, but your nervous system is in shock. My approach focuses on both regulating the nervous system and healing the physical soft-tissue injuries that can happen even after a low-speed fender bender through therapeutic techniques like myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Injured or not, whether you're looking to climb mountains or work in your garden, I can help you optimize your physical body so you can crush your goals.

As a certified yoga teacher and meditation teacher, I also use movement and mindfulness to enhance the mind-body connection, an integral part of living in the body. Massage therapy is a great self-care tool to not only work out the kinks, knots, and tension that can slow you down but also to establish a better connection between your mind, body, and energy.
