Being a yoga student for nearly a decade, she’s experienced firsthand the power of mindful movement—not just for physical strength, but also for mental clarity and emotional balance. While living in Scottsdale, AZ she completed her 200-hour RYT certification with Awakening Sol, a program focused on teaching and creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyBODY.

Specializing in Vinyasa Flow, her classes blend intentional movement with breath to create a practice that meets you where you are. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself or slow down, she’ll offer a space for you to explore, connect, and listen to what your body needs.
