Amanda is a seasoned yogi who completed her 200-hour certification in September 2024, after more than 17 years of consistent yoga practice.
Although Amanda is newer to the teaching side of the mat, her deep knowledge as a student and many years of evolution through childbirth, injury, and simply aging make her a highly empathetic instructor.
Amanda teaches in a variety of styles from power yoga to restorative, but she always prefers to slow things down for her students. She believes the practice can be approachable, empowering, and a pathway to long-term wellbeing.
