Brooke is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor passionate about helping people to feel energized and empowered. In addition to her yoga certification, Brooke is also an ACE Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Brooke’s classes are designed to help students find strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. Beyond the physical practice, she emphasizes mindfulness and breath work to promote overall well being. Whatever the format, her hope is that you find a sense of fulfillment and fun together.
