Linda

I started doing hot yoga about 20 years ago when an injury caught me by surprise.  Little did I know it was the universe's way of teaching me - a Type A person - to slow down and heal.  I started with Yin Yoga and loved it so much that I decided to get my 200-hour Yoga teacher certification, eventually training in other formats like Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Barre which I love for the intricate movements that make me stronger.

I've been teaching for about 15 years - a journey that helped me realize the power of stillness, being IN my body and quieting the mind.  Much of my teaching style is rooted in my own experience recovering from injury through yoga, and working through the emotions that come up when we hold postures for longer periods.
