At Studio 9 to 5, we believe wellness isn’t about doing more—it’s about creating sustainable daily habits that help you perform better, feel better, and live with greater balance.

That’s exactly why we created the 30-Day Movement Challenge.

Over the next 30 days, we’ll help you build consistency by showing up for yourself every day. Some days you’ll sweat. Some days you’ll stretch. Some days you’ll slow down with breathwork or meditation. Every day has a purpose.

This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about creating momentum.

Why This Challenge Is Different

Movement isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is wellbeing.

Throughout the month you’ll experience a variety of Studio 9 to 5 classes—from strength training and yoga to HIIT, cardio, mindfulness, breathwork, and recovery. Our goal is to help you discover new ways to move your body while breaking free from the routines that often leave us feeling stuck.

Most sessions are 30 minutes or less, and many are just 5–10 minutes, making it easier to fit wellness into your life instead of rearranging your life around wellness.

Because wellness should work with your schedule—not against it.

Plan Ahead. Show Up. Keep Going.

Some workouts use gym equipment, while others can be completed almost anywhere. We encourage you to glance through the calendar before the week begins so you can plan where and when you’ll complete each session.

Better yet, invite a friend, coworker, or family member to join you. Accountability has a powerful way of turning healthy intentions into lasting habits.

It’s Called a Challenge for a Reason

There will be days you don’t feel like pressing play.

Do it anyway.

The biggest transformation won’t come from one perfect workout—it will come from showing up again and again, even on the days when motivation is low.

Thirty days from now, you won’t just feel stronger physically. You’ll have proven something even more important to yourself: that you’re capable of keeping the promises you make to yourself.
