Saturday June 20th at Union Depot in Saint Paul

Join us for a free morning of movement, mindfulness, music, and community as we celebrate International Yoga Day in partnership with Union Depot.

Whether you're looking to flow in yoga, challenge yourself with body sculpt, experience the calming effects of breath and sound, or simply enjoy the energy of a community wellness event, there's something for everyone.

✨ Breath & Sound with Nikki 11:15am-Noon
