Lindsey

Lindsey believes that fitness should feel supportive, sustainable, and adaptable to real life. Her work in health and wellness is shaped by both her education and years of hands-on experience.Lindsey holds a B.A. in Human Performance and a Master’s in Education with a focus on Sport and Exercise Science.

Her career has taken her through a variety of roles within the industry, including working with a global fitness franchise where she gained experience in product innovation and learned how to create fitness experiences that people genuinely enjoy and return to. Today, Lindsey supports Studio 9 to 5 Wellness in its continued growth, including the creation and launch of on-demand classes through the Life Balance Lab.

With over 15 years of experience teaching group fitness, Lindsey is certified in Yoga Sculpt, NETA Group Fitness, and as an ACE Health Coach. She is also an experienced distance runner and has spent the past several years coaching endurance athletes. At the heart of her work is a belief in sustainable, realistic wellness and helping people feel strong, capable, and supported in their movement.
