Hello, I’m Amy. I’m a busy mom of three, a wife, and a yoga instructor passionate about helping others find balance in the midst of everyday chaos. Like many, I once felt lost in the whirlwind of motherhood and daily responsibilities—but through yoga, meditation, and mindful breathwork, I reconnected with myself and discovered a deeper sense of self and overall wellbeing. 

As I leaned into the practice, I noticed how it not only transformed me but also began to ripple into my family’s life—bringing more patience, calm, and connection. Inspired by this, I became a certified yoga instructor so I could share these tools with others.

 I hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and am also a certified kids’ yoga instructor through Green Lotus. My teaching blends movement, mindfulness, and breath to create space for people of all ages to reconnect with themselves, find strength, and carry a sense of wellness into daily life.
