Stephen’s relationship with Yoga began in 2008. He fell in love with the practice and completed his first 200 hour program in 2011. Since then he has taught over 3,000 classes and led over 15 200 hour trainings. T
his journey has added mindfulness to life and opened up his world by becoming part of this amazing community.
