Annie teaches yoga, cycling, strength training, and barre. She has certifications in personal training (NASM CPT), yoga (RYT200), run coaching (RRCA), barre (Pure Barre), and a Doctorate in Education.
Kaye has been teaching yoga and fitness classes for the past 20 years. Over the course of those years, Kaye has added yoga, sculpt, barre, and an array of kids classes both with caregiver and without to her repertoire of teachings.
